We are currently looking for:
AGRONOMIST MANAGER ( AM )
(Permanent Employee – Sulawesi Tenggara)
The Agronomist Manager is responsible to provide technical guidance of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) to Givaudan Farmer-partners, Assist Farmers to able increasing their crop production and productivity which in turn can meet Givaudan needs both in quantity and quality of the crops
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Indonesia Farmers in all areas where Indonesia Origination Department has activities.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor Degree in Agronomist/Forestry
Has experience in Agronomy Industry minimum 5 years, also has experiences in essential plant is favorable
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
Keen with details
Able to work independently, as well as a team member
Mature, reliable, honest, trustworthy
Strong analytical thinking
Has experience in implementing / using automated system/ SAP
Strong drive
